SUU race day! This race was definitely not my best. I got 18:00. First spike course and I didn't do to swell. I just felt dehydrated and pretty tight in my legs. The solution to those two things were drinking more water and stretching better after each run. Still working on them. I just look right past this race and look toward the future races! After a not-so-good race it has was a good rebuilding week! |
