VO2 test today up on the dirt mile.. 15 minutes hard and I really wanted to push it so if I felt tired I would try to surge and give it a little push. My first mile was a 5:09. Second mile was a 5:23 and I didn't quite make it back around for a mile 3 time. My total mileage was 2 miles and 1327 meters. After a lap and a half I was alone and I really had to use some mental power to stick it in there to continue to push. I felt good even though it was super tiring. My calves were tight right after.. going to stretch them real good and roll. I'm excited for tomorrows workout.. going to be a great week! |
