Went and did Old Man Hills today. It was pretty good too. I had 4X400 and 2X200. I was feeling pretty good from sunday's break off. My first 400 was a 1:09, second was a 1:10, third was a 1:13 and fourth was a 1:09. Those went pretty well, the third could use some work but pretty consistent on the times. My 200's were both a 34. The workout was a success. Glad I could get out with the boys and get it done. Afternoon 3 miles by my lonesome, good run though. |
