AM: 2 miles easy with David and Paul, it was good to go farther than a mile in the morning.
PM:6 miles which was good for me for the last few weeks. Started with a .5 mile warm up and we did our agilities and such then we went on a 2 mile warm up for our workout. We had 6Xmile but with my foot I only did 2 and it felt super super good. I was so glad to go fast again with my boys. Just glad that my foot is getting better! One mile cool down as well. |
