AM: 2 miles easy in the morning warmth.
PM: 7 miles. A hill workout.. YES. Love me some hills. We did old man hills today we had 4X800 meter gradual hills. I did 3 of them. The first two I just stuck right with Byron for a good pace and we really worked on pushing the last 400. The last one I pushed past Byron and I really needed that to give me some more confidence for this weekends race. Hopefully all goes well and the foot holds up well like it has been lately! |
