3 miles in the morning. Slow pace and it was nice, felt good! For the afternoon we had our AT pace which was 5:40 for myself for 24 minutes. Started off well, ran with Michael for majority of it. I tried to stay with him or else I was gonna fall off. The last part mentally I was having a hard time but stuck it through and did pretty good. I felt good and averaged around 5:35 and under for the pace. These are getting easier as we do them more so that is a plus.
