I Today I started running well actually I started yesterday when I ran I little over a mile. Me and dad ran the Bad Dog Loop. I ran about 2 miles mostly running but a little walking. Dad says that all runners name their runs after the things they see or happen on the run so we named this run Bad Dog Loop. We got the name because while we were running and this dog runs across the street this old lady in a car starts honking and says "Bad Dog" then the man across the street started imitating her horn she got mad and drove away. :0.  :)   ;)

  I watched a movie about Mary Decker and it inspired me to start running again. 

We went to Andy's baseball game for two hours. I started with an easy 7 minute jog then I did six hills with three minuets of rest between each one. Then me and mom went for a jog around the avenues :) I'm glad to be home!!!!

 I ran down to highland high then on the way back I decided to go down the dirt trail down sugarhouse park. Then I slipped and fell into the mud :(  it was quite fun : ).

  Tonight me Andy and all the others are sleeping in the tent in our neighbors backyard we do it every summer and I usually don't get much sleep :( but its fun so :)

Me and dad went to the Highland High school track. We did lots of times around the track then we did some stadium steps. 

I did not run yesterday I went to lagoon with my friend. We were there forever.  :) :)
