today was a track workout but I only got to do half of it due to a bad pain in my left hip. So I did the first 800 and 600 at 3200 pace(which I didn't really do that great on tbh) then a easy cool down plus the weightroom doing some core and lunges and push-ups

I've been sick all week which lead to a really bad race . I started to feel awful after the first lap and had a hard time breathing. In addition to being sick after he first lap I kind of just mentally gave up . So yeah overall it wasn't a good race at all

Haven't really run at all recently (well since the last meet ) cause I've been really sick but I did a easy 5 miles today.
