My first race was Salt lake city half marathon. I also ran Teton Dam in Rexburg, Id. and The Personal Best at 1:49 in Idaho Falls, id. Short-Term Running Goals: My short term goal is to run my first full in Ogden in May and also a half in Salt Lake in April. I also want to run Mesa Falls in Ashton, ID. this year because that is where I grew up. Long-Term Running Goals: To be a strong runner and always make it a hobby for my husband and I to enjoy together. Personal: I have been married for 11 years and we have three girls and one wild boy. they always keep us moving. |

| | I ran three miles then went to powercut tonight. Will be sore in the morning. |
| | I went to powercut today which is a weight and cardio class. it makes me sore everytime. I am not running alot this week so I can be ready to run my guts out for the next four months. |
| | I ran two miles today then i went to a 50 min. spinning class, which kicked my butt. I swear spinning in harder then running. Felt good to sweat though. |

| | I ran 5 miles today .I started out on the treadmill then i could not stop thinking of the dry roads outside, so I ran three on the mill then ran two out in my neighborhood. It felt good to run outside and my legs felt great. | |

| | this weekend my husband and i ran slc half marathon. I felt great and I seem to have a good rythme. I finished in 1:44:09. I surprised myself and really was shocked at my time. My quads were really sore but really felt great. |

beautiful morning to run. I was still feeling tired from the race and my knee is acting up again. frustrating. we were busy with the kids and did alot of running around so now i am limping :( rest and ice i guess. | |

| | beautiful run outside and great route that shannon maped out for us. felt pretty good but those last four miles were so hard to say the least. my knee was so tight and it went all the way to my calf. I wanted to cry and so frustrated. i took an ice bath and rolled and it is still tight but i am not limping so that is good. hope to heal soon. |

| | This is the first time in a week I have ran and ny knee hurt all 7 miles. So I guess another week of rest I guess. |

| | off to run ragnar in utah. My first leg was 4 miles and I finished in 31 mins and my second leg was at 3 in the morning. it was new and exciting to run at night. I had a great time. |

this was my last leg in ragnar. it was a good run but hot. I feel like my cardio is bad because I have been resting because of sore knees. I will have to work on that. |

I ran on an awesome team to bone and back 40 mile relay. We took 4th place and so close to getting third. i ran 5 miles in 39 min, would have been better if I would not get so nervous and have to stop to pee. It was so fun though. I love my running girls and my supportive husband. |
