Running Accomplishments:

My husband and I started running last year together and are still loving it. My first race was Salt lake city half marathon. I also ran Teton Dam in Rexburg, Id. and The Personal Best at 1:49 in Idaho Falls, id.

Short-Term Running Goals:

My short term goal is to run my first full in Ogden in May and also a half in Salt Lake in April. I also want to run Mesa Falls in Ashton, ID. this year because that is where I grew up.

Long-Term Running Goals:

To be a strong runner and always make it a hobby for my husband and I to enjoy together.

Personal:

I have been married for 11 years and we have three girls and one wild boy. they always keep us moving.

I ran three miles then went to powercut tonight. Will be sore in the morning.

I went to powercut today which is a weight and cardio class. it makes me sore everytime. I am not running alot this week so I can be ready to run my guts out for the next four months.

I ran two miles today then i went to a 50 min. spinning class, which kicked my butt. I swear spinning in harder then running. Felt good to sweat though.

I ran on the good ol treadmill today at the gym. I ran six miles and felt good.

Today I just did an hour weight and cardio class. My butt is feeling it today.

I ran 5 miles today .I started out on the treadmill then i could not stop thinking of the dry roads outside, so I ran three on the mill then ran two out in my neighborhood. It felt good to run outside and my legs felt great.

logged five today. my shin is feeling better finally so we will see if I can keep it that way.

Wow. Ran 11 miles with a great group which alway is good to keep me modivated. Over all it was a good run and felt good. Towards the end i was feeling the miles on my legs from all week. Good week!
