Running Accomplishments:

My husband and I started running last year together and are still loving it. My first race was Salt lake city half marathon. I also ran Teton Dam in Rexburg, Id. and The Personal Best at 1:49 in Idaho Falls, id.

Short-Term Running Goals:

My short term goal is to run my first full in Ogden in May and also a half in Salt Lake in April. I also want to run Mesa Falls in Ashton, ID. this year because that is where I grew up.

Long-Term Running Goals:

To be a strong runner and always make it a hobby for my husband and I to enjoy together.

Personal:

I have been married for 11 years and we have three girls and one wild boy. they always keep us moving.

I ran on the good ol treadmill today at the gym. I ran six miles and felt good.

Hey girl! Glad you got your blog up and running! Tell Gary to post too! :) I'm subbing yoga at 4:30 tomorrow, you guys should come! Well see how my knee does on a short run tomorrow and maybe we can run together this weekend!
