Running Accomplishments:

My husband and I started running last year together and are still loving it. My first race was Salt lake city half marathon. I also ran Teton Dam in Rexburg, Id. and The Personal Best at 1:49 in Idaho Falls, id.

Short-Term Running Goals:

My short term goal is to run my first full in Ogden in May and also a half in Salt Lake in April. I also want to run Mesa Falls in Ashton, ID. this year because that is where I grew up.

Long-Term Running Goals:

To be a strong runner and always make it a hobby for my husband and I to enjoy together.

Personal:

I have been married for 11 years and we have three girls and one wild boy. they always keep us moving.

it was a long 8 miles today on the treadmill. ugh!

Had a good s. It was a beautiful morning and not to cold. we hit 16 miles and over all felt good. i could feel my knees toward the end and pretty sore today. It was my first time ever to run that far so it was a good acomplishment.

totally resting today and had a great nap, which i think my body needed. I am still fighting off this darn cold from the last two weeks.

What a run. It was a fabulous morning and weather was great. felt good and I think I fueled my body well. I had an ice bath and hope I am not to sore in the morning.
