Hiked up pfeifferhorn and back down to red pine lake then back down to the cars! Good times!
Later ran over to the track, did a warmup, then did a mile, 2x400, 2x300, 2x200. Went 4:50, 65, 67, 47, 46, 31, 25. Reminded me why I didn't like track workouts. I felt like I was gonna puke, and my chest hurt but nevertheless it was a good time! Ready for the kaysville 5k to hopefully pull off the W!
