dont really know how many miles we did today. I felt good but bad at the same time. when we gor to the sand hill my stomach was uneasy and I didnt run the hill very strong mentally. time up wasw 10:40 and then 6:45 down.
had a great tempo today with longer minutes than we have been doing. I saw some great things from our team, especially Zack! I felt great even though I was pretty worn out.
easy run from the bloomington hill north park out on the river trail after reviewing the course. felt great today. It wasn't as muggy as I though it would be. 6 striders at the end.
