| dont really know how many miles we did today. I felt good but bad at the same time. when we gor to the sand hill my stomach was uneasy and I didnt run the hill very strong mentally. time up wasw 10:40 and then 6:45 down.

| easy run from the bloomington hill north park out on the river trail after reviewing the course. felt great today. It wasn't as muggy as I though it would be. 6 striders at the end.

| What a freakn awesome run! sand hill with perfect conditions! I visualized and hydrated all weekend and it paid off. I got 8:41 up and 5:22 down setting some new records. The run after was exhausting but I was pleased with my efforts.

| Kids club takes a lot of energy but it's a blast! Grass runs are super boring. I want to get some speed out of my system so it's a good thing we have a work out tomorrow.

| easy workout today with the team. sets of tempo, thres, and cv. We had some good conversations and it went by pretty fast. me and dr j are pretty excited for the hurricane race on the 24.

| tempo, thresh, and cv workout today. felt super good until the last 2 sets. It was super hard to breathe and when I finished the cool down I thought I was going to faint so I drove home and laid on the ground for a little while. I hope i'm not sick and it's just the heat.

| Race in hurricane to start off the 24th celebrations today. I had a great time and was not super ready to race. I wasn't feeling to great but I didn't let that stop me from getting a good time, place, and 1234 pv finish! had a 18 min warm and like a 30 min cool to hit todays minutes. 16:49 isn't to bad for the end of the summer.

| great boring grass run this morning and an awesome kids club! I love kids club but im glad its over and that the season is finally starting. My cold is going away and didn't bother me at all today. I had a hard time running at the start though because of a bloody nose.

| good run today. I kind of just did my own thing which is nice sometimes. Yesterday I cut my heel open with a rock on our grass run and its pretty bruised and sore. The rocks on the trail didn't help with the pain though. Me and Mikey had some solid striders (I beat him on all of them).

| forgot practice was at 6:30 today, so I got there late and ran 6:15-20 pace to catch up and under 6:50 once I caught up for the rest of the long run. Im a bit tired, but the amount of food im eating right now is unreal.
