good workout today! 90sec @ 5:05 equal rec 10min @ 5:35 3 min rec 90sec @5:05 equal rec 90 sec @5:05 then cool to time. I'm feeling way good and focusing on getting my feet moving toward the end of races/workouts. I definitely learned a lot from the race last friday (actually thankful about how it turned out). Now I know what I need to work on and to remember to not only be a physical beast but a smart, well rounded, calculated ANIMAL!
