Morning Practice: great run. didn't get out of control and felt pretty good.
Afternoon Practice: sweeeet workout!! 10min warm then 5min at tempo and 4 striders into 6x3min at 5k pace with equal recovery and 12min cool. It took a second to get the legs moving and when I did they definitely weren't very smooth, but I got the last 2 of 6 done how I wanted. I just need to keep working on that second half all the time and when race day comes ill crush It!!!
