Finally go out at 8 pm.  The road called me all night.  The wind was howling and the dust was thick.  The rain was co riding with the wind slicing sideways.   (Glycerin )

I feel like I am going through man-o-pause?    I ran down to the Dino Museum To look for my Cuz, and all I could find were tracks!    The way down is nice.  The return trip is all Hill.  Avg pace 7:00

4 mile repeats on the treadmill with  1/4 mile recovery jog between miles.    1 mile warm up .  1 mile cool down.    5.58 pace.

I did not get up this morning!  Boo.  Excuse 104.    I got to prepare for Boston. It is going too be tough watching it from afar! 

I Ran up to the store just to gab with Steve for a min.  continued my run around the black mountain and down the other side.  (Glycerin )

got up this morning with the only goal of getting out the door.   somedays are just like this.   I forced myself i was only going to run 3 miles.   Then the body just kept running.   I thought i saw Clyde this morning.  I waved.  (saucony grid trigon)

Ran 5 more with the club.   Steve, Dustin, Paul. Luke.    Steve and Luke ran a few more.

I ran the 10 k run 4 kids today.  Again, not impressed about the organization of the race.  Nice day for a race however.  The wind was a slight pest.  race is fairly hilly.    mile 5-6 is a good test of charactor.  4th over all.  1st in division.
