 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

Nice miles this afteroon.   I did not get up in the morning so i ran at my lunch hour.   Felt great to sleep inn.   Now i do not feel so quilty about sleeping in. Back was a little tight and legs felt a little spongy. 

‎7 nice miles tonight! I usually punch on the gas the last mile. But today I just decided to cruse to the end. 17 for the day!!

Nice club run today.    tried to keep the pace steady and under marathon pace.    usually 6:40 to 6:15  area.
