We will call todays run "Return to Dead Cow Mountain"   James. Tyler, and my self started out early to see if we could hook up with Steve and mighty Dave.  About 3 miles into it we could see their Head Lamps.  Like  Twin beacons  in the dark.    We met up and passed like strangers in the night.    Steve said you guys are looking good.  In the Dark when you can't see 2 feet in the front of you "I am looking good."  We fought our way up to the Mighty Beast that gave up the ghost.   It still stinks.  And the "utter disrtuction" is remarkable. :)    We finally made  it back to the cars,   and after about 15 min I decided to go find the ultra Men, (Steve and Dave.)      I passed Dave   and continud up the road to find Steve.   I must of took the wrong Road because it seemed like I ran forever.     Finally I stopped and turned around and headed back.   The news here is that Dave  Ran this course 3 X  at 14 a loop you do the math.  The man is a magic man. I had a nice week of running.  Next week I will do some speed work.

Nice miles , , , wondering where your Mighty Beast, stinky, course is :) You're always so funny w/ your entries, you give me a good laugh! I'm still trying to do the math on the 14 loop times 3, but my running brain doesn't count miles that high . . . . CRAZY!!! That's amazing, , , , ya you better get on that speedwork next week, we'll be watching . . . jk

Glad you got out today - sorry we missed you at the start (I got us started just a little late, and the loop took longer than I thought). On the third pass that cow was hideous - a million flies were buzzing all over it. I covered my nose and mouth and fartleked it out of there!

Good job today Bill. It was nice to not have to forcibly remove you from the vicinity of the rotting beef this time.

Good job today Bill! I totally "UTTER" stand what you are talking about! I am glad that I had you and James with me, or else I could have ended up like that cow. Thanks again for the great run!
