Spinning with a Sweet Angela imposter! Woke up early and raced to the recreation center. I quickly picked a bike and dragged it out on the mat. Miss "Susie Q" our instructor quickly got us rolling to the music. During the work out i was thinking that they never hire ugly instructors. I guess a career in spinning will never work out! I Will run 5 tonight, then i will taper for Friday's summer games.

Bill,

Sounds like your bouncing back. I'm planning on doing the summer games 10k as well. I'll be running it, but not in any condition to race it with my achilles tendon. If you feel like running slow, run with me.

I thought you were coming off an injury? You could have fooled me on Friday. You posted a pretty good time for an injured old man.

My injury is starting to feel a lot better. I'm going to start picking it up a little.

What's that crazy sock called that you've been wearing? Do you think it would help with a tight achilles? I think Steve sells them, do you know how much they cost? I might try wearing one for awhile, what do you recommend?
