Rsn some pretty nice miles with Walter and Clyde.      We just took it pretty easy  and i was greatful for that.  No need for speed today.      Today was the farthest i have ran since st. george Marathon.     I was tight the last 6 miles.    Glad to have this done.  Bring on the superbowl   go   cards.  Glad to get my goal this week in miles and some change.

Hey Bill, I got signed up for Ogden yesterday, so now it is full steam ahead with my training. I plan to start increasing the miles gradually. I'll try to work up to 50-60 miles a week over the next month. Then I think if I can have a really good March and April I should be ready for a decent marathon. I'm thinking more about the Grand Slam and probably not going to do a big marathon like Chicago or New York this year.
