I went to the doctor and the Doctor Said exactly what I thought.  I have Plantar Fasciitis.  He showed me a few more stretches.  It is a relief actually knowing that is the problem .  I have decided to just run the half this weekend with Dustin.    I Ran with Steve last night at a pace that would of made Clyde beg for mercy.   We ran my usual 6-mile evening route.

Bill, you are welcome to ride with us if you want, (my oldest son isn't going) or if you are planning on staying longer you can take your own car. I can't leave until about 1:00 pm on Friday. Have you called the race director or emailed them about changing, I'm sure it is not a problem, they would probably just like to know. I'll call or talk to you later in the week.

Bill,

Thanks, not a bad finish yourself. Third overall is serious running.

Good luck with that foot. I hope everything goes well.

Bill, I just undated my blog. I put in my race report from Saturdays 10k for your enjoyment. I like your "Run you ragged" quote, nice.
