I met up with the Little Buddah ( all 149 pounds of him  at 5 am).  It was Dark and we were waiting for Big foot to run some tempo miles.  Turns out Big foot  AKA  Willie Nelison  was on the road.    We decided that neither one of us was in the mood for Tempo  so we ran some easy miles  down by the river.    After words i met the wife at her work for a little kiss. than hit the weight room . I could tell i have not been here in awhile!  I felt like a wimp!
