Nice early morning miles.  it was very difficult to leave my mattress this morning but after a few miles it was well worth the effort.

another nice club run from the Store.  Dave and James and and 3 HS kids.   it was a hot day and it seemed even hotter the longer we ran.    I had good company and the miles went by quick
