Nice miles with Mike (Big Foot) I was doing great until I tripped.  Lucky for me my face took most of the impact!    The blood was flowing! My kegs and arms were all scraped up.  Mike could not stop laughing!   I guess this is why i do not like running in the morning.    I was glad to get the miles in..  Pain is temporary, chicks dig scars and glory last forever!    I should call these hard miles.

Ran 5 more Miles with Bear. very nice run with the moon out bright. Nice and warm. No face plants this time!

Craziest thing, Bull gets kicked by a mule he goes cross eyed. Bull takes a spill while running, eyes go back to normal. I guess the fall was for the best lol! Hey, really thanks for the run today and being so kind to slow the pace up for me. By the way I was not laughing, but gasping for air.

maybe thats what happened you were leading and sucking all the oxygen out of the air and i passed out from the lack of oxgen!

Big day yesterday, and another long run this morning. However, under your short term running goals you have stated you will "continue to let my running buddies beat the tar out of my body" I don't think we'll need to do much, if you continue tripping.

Oh man. . . . sorry about the fall! You may want to take a look at your short term goals "stay injury free" and focus a little more :) hee hee, , , no, I'm not laughing! Who knew running was so dangerous? but hey, you're right, no injury to the legs so you still came out victorious! Be careful out there.

Oh, I'm not running the "run for kids" this weekend, I was planning on it and then waited too long to sign up and don't want to pay the extra sign up fee. I'm gonna run my own 'mock race' on the treadmill . . . oh fun! j/k

How bout you? They may need to keep your disclaimer sheet on top of the stack . . . :)

Great run! I only wish I could have been there to see that wild action. I always thought that your face could use some rearranging...LOL You better keep running at night so that you don't scare the --- out of anybody that sees you!

Keep up the good miles!

Bill I am glad to hear that your eyes are back to normal. jk! I was just talking about falling today while on my run. I have never fallen (knock on wood) while running on asphalt.
