Ran Clydes path of love  up past the turkey farm  through winchester hills down past steves store down to the blvd then home.     No turkey sighting, no turtle sighting.  Nice views.  Had a good  run. Hips were sore.

Hey Bill, I'm probably going to start my track workout around 4:00 pm, I'm playing in a donkey basketball game here at the school at 7:00 pm, but we have to be at the school, ready to get all the instructions and rules at 6:00 pm, so I'm going to probably start a little early on my track workout. I'm thinking of doing some Yasso 800s
