 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

Ran 6.5 on the road and another 4 on the tread mill.  Wishing you all a merry christmas and a happy new year.   "The future is so brite you gotta wear shades!"     Still have some issues with the back. but the pain seems to of moved to the hip.  It is a roaming traveling pain!
