I set my Alarm off at 2:30 to check out the lunar eclipse.   Not much was happening so I woke up again around 3:30 ish and saw the full eclipse.  It reminded me of when I run behind Steve.  His body usually eclipses my own and I run in his shadow.  Woke up again at 5:30 to do some track work at snow canyon.  Turns out they were fixing the football field and it was closed.  We decided to go up snow canyon and run up and down the trail.  So me mike and his wife and Steve had a good run.   We ran 8 miles.  Steve and I picked it up coming back down.   Good run.

TWO MORE MILES TONIGHT.

Good job getting out this morning. I didn't get many miles in this morning, because I got to bed a little late last night and felt the extra sleep might help some.
