Did 6.11 miles today at a 8:30 overall pace in 51:59.   I felt warm at 39 degrees.  I think my body is adjusting to the cold weather again.  The leg did pretty good today didn't feel like I struggled on the last mile where it gets sore.   Splits: (9:12, 8:29, 8:27, 8:19, 8:23, 8:13).  Maybe my light weight at 127 pounds is better for the pounding outside.  I will have a X-ray check up on the femur at the beginning of next month.

I really struggle on knowing what's too much on the leg.  I'm trying to be careful and don't try to run anymore than three days in a row without a rest day where I go lap swimming.

I've missed everyone on the blog.  Feel free to respond to me.

Kory, Great to see you back on the blog again. Even better to see that you are running again. Looks like you're stuck running the kind of paces I generally run. Being careful is good. always better to err on the safe side in a situation like yours. No need to rush into anything too quickly so kick back and enjoy what you can do for a while. No need for lots of miles or speed. Happy recovery.

Kory, great to see that you are out running again and sounds like you have a good recovery plan. Hope you continue to feel better and stronger each day.

Hey Kory welcome back brother! Are you come to SLC sometime this spring?

From Kory on Tue, Mar 22, 2011 at 13:12:37 from 134.50.89.24

Probably for something. No marathons though. I would like to run smaller races to have fun. I would like to run the Watsach Back Relay in Logan if I'm recovered.
