First day back to work went OK. I was tired by the end of the day. I was ready to go home because it was a busy and emotional day being at work.
I'm able to bend the leg a lot better now, its getting more flexible and the motion is increasing only because of doing the leg extensions and stretches so much. Not to be proud or anything but I'm humbled and glad God made me a person that is determined, motivated to achieve in life.

Lunch: Two Egg Omelette with only onions, Light Muscle Milk Dinner: 4oz Perch fish and half cup of shredded crab and salad with onions and mushrooms
