First full day back to work and I'm somewhat tired and a little sore. Which is to be expected. Did a lot more crutch walking today. I practiced a lot on the stairs at work. Ribs still a pain and leg sore from the exercises, but I'm sure improving and excited about it. What a joy to live and breath even in pain. Thank you Lord. You know whats really sad is I can't run in my new Saucony Kinvara that I bought before my accident. Now that's a bummer. Still eating real healthy Breakfast Oatmeal, coffee, Power zero Lunch Alaska Salmon patty (no bread), Light Muscle milk, Apple Dinner Egg and sausage low carb tortilla roll-up and salad with mushrooms and onions, pickles.
