First day back to work went OK.  I was tired by the end of the day. I was ready to go home because it was a busy and emotional day being at work.

I'm able to bend the leg a lot better now, its getting more flexible and the motion is increasing only because of doing the leg extensions and stretches so much.  Not to be proud or anything but I'm humbled and glad God made me a person that is determined, motivated to achieve in life.

Ribs getting better but still sore.

Eating healthy high protein to help the recovery

Breakfast:

Oatmeal and Yogurt

First full day back to work and I'm somewhat tired and a little sore.  Which is to be expected.   Did a lot more crutch walking today.  I practiced a lot on the stairs at work.  Ribs still a pain and leg sore from the exercises, but I'm sure improving and excited about it.

What a joy to live and breath even in pain.  Thank you Lord.

You know whats really sad is I can't run in my new Saucony Kinvara that I bought before my accident.  Now that's a bummer.

Still eating real healthy
