Today I  ran 4.33 miles in a 6.47 pace.  I didn't really want to run this fast but it felt so easy.  I ran around the neighbor and up and over the overpass to get a little downhill and uphill in the run.  Nothing major.

Ted, Steve if you want to go in on a hotel than I will, but I did accept to stay with Logan's parents if the offer is still there.   It would be great to hang around together before the marathon.

You are more than welcome to stay with my parents. I am going down with my wife on Thursday night so I can have all day Friday to relax. I think my parents might actually have a bed if it is just you. I think an air mattress could be an option as well.

I am up for whatever we can work out. I checked all the hotels earlier including Coronado and they were all booked for friday night. The condo option is still there but a little more expensive. I called and they have new 3 bedroom 2 bath condos 8 miles north of St. George Blvd for $299. Sound very nice but spendy. My plan is to stay in Cedar City for work on Wed and Thur then drive down and stay in SG on Friday. I am not planning on staying Sat night but could probably be talked into it if everyone else was. You can reach me at / 361 / 1888.

If anyone wants to come down and stay in Cedar City on WED or THU night I should have an extra bed at the hotel and it is paid for.

I was planning to only stay Friday night and leaving on Saturday. Let me check the hotel again. My number is 208-221-6714. That's odd, but than again everyone's trying to get a room.
