November 3, 2012 Just Cuz Half Marathon 1:19:04 second place overall. (what a difference a year makes)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Worship the Lord and praying early in the mornibgs and keep doing that. Staying humble and desperate for the Lord and praying for end-time revival for America.

My Long Term goal is to just run whatever I can.

^{Hebrews 4:16} So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.

Ran 7.32 Miles at an overall easy 6:59 pace in 51:10. Couple at (6:33, 6:45). I probably will have to spend some time working over the weekend as well this week. Very busy today.

Still fighting an ear infection, I'm on 10 day medication. My daughter won their soccer game last night 2-0 against the top team. They also play tonight so I will rush there after work at 6pm, and not get dinner again until 8pm.

My faucet hose blew up when we got home from soccer last night and flooded our bath room so I had to take care of that. That didn't upset me I just laughed it off. Life is to short to get upset. My son cried because he thought he did it.

Also my son as a very bad cough and my oldest daughter is playing the soccer games sick. She has a bad cough and congested.

I also have a major cut-over on September 7th that's all on my shoulders at work. (Migrating all the current emails users at ISU to google). I have a lot on my plate. Oh ya and there's a marathon Saturday.

Wow! Sounds like a lot going on. Hope everything goes good for the marathon. I'm sure you will do great and it will give you a chance to just focus on running for a couple of hours.
