Hiya, hope your feeling better, and keep up the recovery :)

Good luck with the race. I love the Mountain Dew, that is one thing I struggle with. However, you've been running enough miles your weight is good. I'm more on the heavy side right now, not ideal weight, but hey that is life.

Good Luck Saturday! You will do great.

Dang man, you love them Honey Clusters!

We won't make it down for dinner on Friday but thanks for the offer. I will call you later today then see you on Sat. morning!

From Kory on Fri, Sep 04, 2009 at 12:34:12 from 134.50.89.33

Jeff - The offer is still there. Have you had the Honey Cluster Cereal. It has the carbs and vitamins you need. Although I've drank more coffee than I ever have before a race.

Cody - Thanks! You had a great race at the TOU Half. Now your going to explode in the Full Marathon. Great training you've accomplished this year. Thanks for the encouragement over the years.

Thanks for the offer.

I love Honey Bunches of Oats myself, eat a big bowl nearly every morning (unless I have Honey Nut Cheerios!).
