Update from my family:

Father-in-law: He's doing okay with his appendictis surgery recovery. Other than he couldn't breath on his own coming out of it because of the years of smoking. He had to take an oxygen tank home. He definitely knows now the smoking has to stop. It almost killed him because they had to put him on a ventilator to keep him breathing.

Grandpa: He still not doing the best. They can't figure out why he keeps coughing so bad. They took him off one Blood Pressure medication. It will take a week to see if that's the issue.

Mom: She goes into surgery at 11am this morning, and I hope everything goes okay.

Ran 9.11 miles at an overall 7:01 pace in 1:04. Very windy 5 miles at first. Did the last mile in 6:26.

My mom had to spend another night in the Hospital, because her oxygen level coming out of the surgery was too low. I just got back from the Hospital, and she seems to be doing better. I believe she will be able to go home tomorrow.

I have the Google conversion on the 17th so there will be more late nights. I'm glad I'm not running anything else for a while just for fun, and it may stay that way forever now. I'm too busy to think about racing and training.
