First full day back to work and I'm somewhat tired and a little sore.  Which is to be expected.   Did a lot more crutch walking today.  I practiced a lot on the stairs at work.  Ribs still a pain and leg sore from the exercises, but I'm sure improving and excited about it.

What a joy to live and breath even in pain.  Thank you Lord.

You know whats really sad is I can't run in my new Saucony Kinvara that I bought before my accident.  Now that's a bummer.

Still eating real healthy

Keep up the good attitude. Being able to run in your new shoes can be a goal for yourself, with a reward!

Glad your back to work - I know that after my stroke getting back to a normal schedule was so helpful to my recovery - but keep it easy and let yourself heal (Those Kinvara will be there when you are ready!).

Good to hear that you are back to work and keeping the great attitude. I'm sure with your dedication and determination you will be back running as good or better then before.

Nice to be back at work. Keep up the great attitude. The low-carb eating will keep the weight off during this time of rest, plus the extra protein is good for mending.
