The temperature this morning was around 25 - 28 degrees and there was some wind but not bad.  I didn't have a lot of time this morning to run because of early morning work meetings.  I didn't really want to run a lot anyway with the way my body has felt so I ran 6.2 miles in 43 minutes. Splits (7:29, 6:55, 6:55,6:54,6:52,7:03) .  I was still sore on the knee and groin but not as bad.  My thigh was really sore after the run though.  I'm still contributing all this to the fall on Monday on the ice. I fell really hard so I know soreness was going to come from that.

Foot hasn't been an issue at all.  I ran a route around Yellowstone St. and down Poleline St. and back down Mckinley Ave.  I only ran by feel and nothing else, not really trying to push any sort of pace.

My plans for tomorrow, I have no plan.  I haven't decision if I want to run or not.  If I do run it will be a short run.  I really don't feel like doing any long runs right now.

Lunch:

Push-ups and Sit-ups same routine that I've done every lunch hour.  Plus I did mor sit-ups and push-ups at 5pm.  I will do another set before bed.

Good to hear that your foot is not hurting anymore. I hope you other injuries heal up quickly. I took a fall on the ice right before Christmas and it can take a while to heal. It has been over 3 weeks since I fell and I still have some brusing and it is tender but getting better every day. I like your decision to just run like you feel right now. After you get through these injuries I am sure that you will come back strong. You have an unbelievable determination so once you put your mind to it I am sure you will succeed.

Stay patient as it sounds like you are nearing the end of your injury cycle. The road will always be there to welcome back longer runs.
