It was 2 degrees according to my Wireless Weather Temperature unit when we started running.  I ran 10 miles with Barry out on Hiline Rd. and down Chubbuck Rd.  then turned onYellowstone and then turned on Hawethorne Rd..  I added 4 miles of my own.. I have fun running with Barry and we have great discussions on trying to not become addicted to running because it can destroy your life.  Also discussions on spiritually things as well.  God speaks to his people if their willing to listen.

Totals 14.12 miles at an overall 7:16 pace in  1:42.

Nice running Kory I will admit I am addicted to running, but dont see this as a bad thing I have become allot more addicted though it used to be I would start to get mood if I dont run for a week, but now its dwindled down to 1 day off is not good for me, but I still take my one day off a week but I dont like it.

I dont see it as a bad thing but more my body has become used to being trained and this is why it is needing the training, although my husband thinks it more pig headedness, although he understands I need my training as I have started a 16week marathon plan. Anyways happy days :)

Sam - I see what your saying and running is definitely good to stay in shape and we need that. God wants us to treat our bodies as a temple and healthy. But my problem was I was only thinking about "when I was going to run next", "Where", "What type of Training run". I was putting it before my family and God. That's why I've had to step back because I have an addictive nature when it comes to something that I want to do well.

If it's all you think about than you have a problem, and I did. You have to have balance and that's what I need. Sam I hope and pray that in your life you have a balance for running, family, and God. That's what I have to work on.
