Still not feeling great this morning with a lot of coughing somewhat of a sore throat and spitting up Phlegm I ahead out on a gorgeous morning.  I could have wore shorts, but not feeling the best I wanted to stay really warm.  I coughed so hard last night I vomited my dinner up, so I was running this morning with nothing in my stomach and I had no energy.

Not really anything to report on this run.  I seemed to be out of it most of the run with my head spinning and feeling like I was somewhere else.  I actually had to look at my times after the run to figure out what I just ran.   I did a three mile stretch of 6:39, 6:15, 6:41.   Totals  11.35 miles at an overall 7:05 pace in 1:20.

Lunch:

Sit-up and Push-ups as usually.  I haven't been posting these put I'm doing them around three or four times a day to see if this will benefit or not.

Sorry to see that you are not feeling well. Rest up and God bless.. Like all things this shall soon pass.

I talked to Barry and he said I would be welcome to stay with him if I decided to run the Pocatello marathon. Are you planning to attend?

Hi Steve I'm planning on running the Pocatello Marathon I would like to beat my time at 2:36 and try 2:30 but with the injury and setbacks it's going to be tough to even do a 2:36 again. I'm definitely going to run it. You could stay with us as well if your planning on running.

Are you running the Provo marathon in June? Sasha go me an entry if I want to run in. I know you ran it last year. What's the course description/layout? I know there's a lot of downhill so that's my plan is to tackle a lot of downhill in the training.

Actually I have not run in it Kory, I only thought about it. Thanks for the offer by the way I may take you guys up on it. I get tired of these high profile races sometimes. They get so big and competitive that you feel like your lost in the crowd. If you did 2:36 once you can do it again and even better. You just have to really psych yourself into it and become single minded in your focus. Let nothing distract you. You know what I mean?

Steve, if you do come up and run you could definitely help push me and the pace. That would be fun, but I need to get back some speed.

I'm trying know to allow God just to balance the running out. Steve your an incredible runner. Which marathon in Provo did you win last year?
