Sick no running and feel like crap.  Lymph nodes are swollen.  I have a cough, and a sore throat from the cough.  Hot and cold chills.  I went to the doctor yesterday to test for the flu, because they can stop it if you go within the first 24 hours.   But I tested negative and it's some other virus and there's nothing they can give me.  I'll have to fight it out.

What's sad is I was headed to close it an 80 mile week.

Hope you feel better soon. Good that you are getting lots of rest and glad to hear that it is not the flu.

You still managed 50+ miles, Kory. I hope you feel better. Better to take it easy for a few days, rest up and get better and then pound out the miles again :D

Sorry that you are sick. I went and had a treatment done and it sure made a big difference. Did you go to church today? Also, what do you suggest for running this week after coming back from a cold?

From Kory on Sun, Oct 18, 2009 at 22:16:37 from 24.116.159.75

I definitely wouldn't run tomorrow and I would probably run 5 miles each day and maybe saturday or friday run 10 miles. I'm not running tomorrow and this will be my fourth straight day.
