Ran 3.14 miles this morning. Easy run to prepare for the race tomorrow. I feel real confident even though I still have an ear ache. Breakfast: Oatmeal heated with milk (Mixed in Honey Cluster Cereal). Coffee
Snack: Peach Fruit Leather G2 Gatorade More coffee (can't forget that)
Lunch: Bagel with my special spread mixture (jam, oatmeal, cereal, raisins heated ) Apple

Dinner: Spaghetti with red sauces and mushrooms and onions. Salad with honey mustard dressing garlic bread Power Zero
