I have three girls-Sarah, Brooke, and Bailey and a baby boy born in Jan. 2010 named Boston. I own a Concrete Construction company called Quality Footings and Foundations. Went early to Bingham H.S. And met up with the BBk group. I did a 3.5 mile warmup and was running close to 7.30 pace that Becca was pushing. I then did a 2 mile tempo run first mile was 6.04 2nd was 6.01. Then I did a mile on the track easy paced, then ran 4x800's with a 400 recovery. 2.36, 2.39, 2.37, and 2.38. I was trying to get in more but had to get to work. You should see the turnouts of runners we have! We could rival a HS cross country team. Oh yes if your reading this. Its go time kids!

I ran with James Barnes in Herriman tonight. We did 10.5 nice paced miles with hills. He took me to a lake I had no idea existed. Really cool. It was a warm night and a great run.

Met at the South Jordan park to run with the BBK group. they were doing 5k tempo repeats. I woke up later than I wanted to and arived as they were starting their 2nd one. I did my first as a warmup in 22 minutes. My second one was 18:21. I was fatigued from last nights run. I couldnt seem to get into a rythm. I felt like I was forcing it. I finished with a mile cool down.

Went up behind the capital building and ran with Clyde, Logan, Chad, and Adam. It was fun running with them. Its been a while since I've had the priveledge of running with my southern brothers! Lol I have to admit its been a while since I've laughed out loud while running. Clyde has that effect, he's the funny bone of the group. Haha

Ran with James from his house in Riverton to Butterfield Canyon and up and down and back to make it 20 whopper miles. We were averaging 7:55 up and 6:30 down. It took 2:25 to do it. which is good because isnt the rule when you train 20 it should be close to your marathon time? Sweet! 2:25 it is! Now I need to train a little harder so I can hit 2:19 for 20.
