I have three girls-Sarah, Brooke, and Bailey and a baby boy born in Jan. 2010 named Boston. I own a Concrete Construction company called Quality Footings and Foundations. We had a Boston Tea Party hosted by Andrea and Johnny at there home last night and it was a blast. Several Boston marathon runners showed up. We had a bbq with veggie burgers,brats, and hamburgers.  There was boston baked beans and salads, a great dessert and lots of chit chat!  Good luck to all those heading this week!

I ran 4 miles tonight. I was extremely sore from work and running on saturday. After running tonight I felt alot better I ran a 6.57 ave. pace.  I have a long day tomorrow pouring concrete. (100 yards to be exact) So its  off to be.

I woke up with the worst pain in my right calf muscle. I swam this morning and then went right to work. I poured 100 yards of concrete in a foundation starting at 3 pm and finished at 8 pm. I am tired, im moody, and I need a shower and some sleep. Bye!

I ran 5 easy miles tonight in the cold. My calve muscles are sorely knotted up! I can feel pain down the backs of my knees and I fear I may be falling apart!?  Not to worry, Boston is only a few short days away.

Swam 1600 yards.  I swam 900 yards then 2x 350 yards.  I ran on an indoor track for 3 miles and then stretched for about 15 minutes.  Im nervous for boston. Last time I didnt care, but this year I want to do good. My body is telling me otherwise right now. Im going to have to show it whats up monday. This is my last entry until wednesday unless i can get a hold of a computer in Boston to share my times.  Otherwise 1234 is my number to beat and Ill see you back here.  Tschussla!
