I got to sleep in this morning which was pleasant and kept me from running. I worked a bit and ran 11 miles at 4 pm. I ran down 32nd northbound to 45th from my house which was smoggy and cars wouldnt give me some space to run but after sucking there exhaust I got home and coughed out the polluntants. I hate inversion!

Ran with the BBK group this cold morning. Did 3 miles early with a few and then did hill repeats with the group which was pretty hard I must say. Scott and Jared were flying up that hill, they have such great leg strength.  Got to talk to a few new people including Britta and Emily. The group is getting huge! there were at least 25 out.

I ran this morning at the river park trail with Danielle and Misty. I made it to mile 3 and was crossing under the bridge at 104th which had standing frozen water on it and i made it about half way and it broke on me. It was about 6-8 inches deep and went to my ankle and drenched my feet.  I decided to go back to the parking lot and Danielle let me get in her vehicle to dry out while she kept running.  Not fun! By the time I got back to the car my shoes were frozen stiff. My socks were like cardboard.  To sum up, Inversion, broken Ice, 17 degrees, cant breathe, cant walk. Lovely day!

Ran with the BBK group this morning and smoked a pack of cigarettes during my 10 miles of running. We did 3 loops of tempo running and I have to say my legs are thrashed right now. Id like an inhaler right now. I swear if I had a lighter, I could throw a flame out my mouth from the fumes I sucked this morning.

Not much sleep last night. I went to the movie Defiance which was a very good show! I hate changing the subject from running but the Holocaust is a subject that interests as well as bothers as well as humbles me. I have a relationship with Germans and Germany and its a period of time that fascinates me.  Ok so not much sleep and started the run on 90th and 700 W. on the parktrail heading North. I ran with Danielle, Misty and Charity. By mile 9 it was raining on us pretty good for about 15 minutes and then stopped. I was very warm at first as I ran North for 7 miles. Coming back it got cold quicker with a head wind and rain that was similar to the St. George Marathon.  De Ja Vu! Got to love it.
