Hey, what is your racing schedule after Ogden?

From huans32 on Tue, May 05, 2009 at 11:08:41 from 138.64.2.76

Nice job that is some good mileage. You going to taper much for Ogden?

From Teena on Tue, May 05, 2009 at 11:15:21 from 67.177.20.13

Are you running Odgen?

From Walter on Tue, May 05, 2009 at 11:35:59 from 76.27.15.208

Jon, im going to do halfs up till SGM. Im planning on Bear Lake half, Provo river, Bryce and maybe hobblecreek if i can sneek in but definitely TOU half to finish. Ill probably look for 1 or 2 tri's to do also. NO mountain running for me this year. lol I can train with you but no racing up 7000 feet inclines with snow.

Mark, Im going to hit 40+ miles this week and then drop to 30 or so.

Teena Marie, what the heck? lol thanks for getting me out of bed last week. My give a damn was busted. Im back.

Jeff, yes i am and would really like to get in the 2:30 range. I think I can do it. Im going to run MY race like I did the first year I ran Ogden. I dont want to get caught up in what others are doing. However, you are my pace so let me know what the fizzle or manizzle is.

Good luck up at Ogden. I'll be up there, but probably looking more in the upper 2:40's to mid 2:50's range. Is Jeff running Ogden?

From jtshad on Tue, May 05, 2009 at 11:59:41 from 204.134.132.225

No, I am not running Ogden this year.

Nice work this morning Walter!! I was using tapering for Ogden as an excuse to just keep moving on those hill sprints - DANG!! I didn't know you were 'tapering' too! I'm excited to see how you finish Ogden...I know you'll meet your goals, you definately know how to push yourself to get it done! If you wait around a couple more hours I may see you at the finish :)

We are not crazy enough to do hills when we have a marathon next weekend!!! We need our legs. We are not super human like you, Walter!

UGHHH...that sounded like a toughie today. Glad I remained in bed.
