More of the same pain, nothing special in my life. I walked from my truck to the church to watch my girls play Volleyball and ended up watching 4 games! I rested the majority of Sat. and all day Sunday.  I did make it to church and so I have a walk from my truck to inside. 1 hour of church and a walk back to my truck. Then collasped on my bed for the rest of Sunday.  I did watch Kill Bill 1 and 2!  Kungfublonde and Montelepsy eat your hearts out!?

Oh I am completely off of the Oxycontin and was able to manage to only do half the bottle. Crud that is some drug!

Camille, I know, call me to repentance. I used to be hooked on Dexter from the Showtime series that aired on Sunday nights. That is a freaky show! But it keeps you intrigued for more.

Craig, sometimes I make sense and sometimes not! lol Ok hopefully I have a good excuse for my inadequacies. How the heck are you, you Armstrong buster you! I am out for the count right now. It hurts to walk. I cant imagine running anytime soon! Maybe a month. I really wanted to run a turkey trot but thats not going to happen. So Ill just start my with my weight gain training.

Your right Kelli, I think my neighbor that was sitting in front of me laughed at me when he heard me tell my wife that I couldnt take anymore of this! I hope he didnt think I meant the one at the pulpit giving a talk. lol I went to the doc today and they said everything looks fine and I could start running tomorrow! Just Kidding!! I wish though!

From Kelli on Wed, Nov 12, 2008 at 16:25:40

Wow, I was in shock there for a minute! When do you get to run again?

From walter on Wed, Nov 12, 2008 at 18:29:24
