I woke up in some pain from my back.  Yesterday, my next door neighbor asked me to help her put her trailer on her truck for her.  It didnt have a jack so I knew I was in for it! I huffed and puffed and got it up to her truck and my back was screaming!  I have got to heal. Im officially taking a break starting right now!  Oh for those interested, I have gained 10 pounds since SGM! Ive never weighed 140 in my life!  Im sure Ill buzz it off when I get back from Boston.

Wow, be careful, you might get FAT! Have a good trip Walter.

From Lucia on Fri, Oct 24, 2008 at 12:12:43

Duuuude why do you guys have to be so macho-man all the time??? Crazy! Do some yoga poses and get that back back (hehehe). Hey, we weigh the same now! Welcome to my big fat world!

From Camille on Fri, Oct 24, 2008 at 13:44:29

Okay... I think it's definitely time for you to take a break. You are alot like my husband in the sense that you are willing to help people doing manual labor, regardless of how your body feels. Brandon is always helping people out with things. I love that about him. But when he is down for the count, sometimes it frustrates me.

From Spencer on Fri, Oct 24, 2008 at 13:45:58

I'm not Darren from Cottonwood in 87, Im Spencer from Bingham in 95. I grew up in South Jordan.

From walter on Fri, Oct 24, 2008 at 15:12:50

From walter on Fri, Oct 24, 2008 at 15:16:06

Lucia, I need to take a Yoga class just to see whats up. Ive never done one. I usually do stretch therapy.

Camille, Yes, I just got back from my doc and im having hernia surgery next thursday. Then no running for 1 month! Its going to suck and Ill be a bear cat!

Spencer, You looked like a buddy of mine from H.S. Just have one of those faces! Welcome to the blog!

From Michelle N. on Fri, Oct 24, 2008 at 16:55:52

Walter, I am laughing at the fact you gained 10 pounds and are now up to a whopping 140. I am probably a foot shorter than you and only weigh 15 pound less. Hmmmm, somethings wrong with this picture.

From walter on Sat, Oct 25, 2008 at 12:15:35

Michelle, thanks for laughing at my fat week ive had. I have to have surgery next thursday and will be out for at least 2 weeks. I will definitely miss you guys. I was thinking of running with you on Thursday but Im not allowed to eat or drink from midnight on. I may pass out! Or lose that 10 pounds!

From Teena on Sat, Oct 25, 2008 at 12:21:42

Sorry about your back. That stinks.

Perhaps it has something to do with your late night hunching over the computer!! :)

Take it easy ...

From walter on Sat, Oct 25, 2008 at 12:24:44

Thanks Tina, Yeah, I wasnt able to hunch last night, I was in an airplane. I was tempted to ask the guy in the seat in front of me if I could use his when he was finished. lol Boston is so Beautiful right now! I love it out here in the fall. Ill get lots of photos for you!

Sorry to hear about your injury and not being able to run for a while. Welcome to the ranks of the injured, there are many of us out there. We'll see who gets back to the BBK group faster, me or you.
