I went down to Bingham High Shcool and met up with the bbk group. we did about 3.5 or more warm up and then got on the new track. We did a progressive 800 meter run and then we did a 1200, 800, and 400 with a 400 rest in between. I Then did 3 more laps of sort of cool down and then called it good. The rest were still going to do more but I have a race on Saturday and dont want to be beat down too much for it. My legs were stinging a bit. It felt good to get out on the track.

Hey Tyler! Thanks, its going to be a rough run this Sat. I may have to do one more rest day before then my calves tightened up after one of my intervals today. You did great Saturday! I couldnt run if I had to breathe through my nose. Way to hack it out! Are you going to try Provo on sat? After I get this race out of my way Ill try getting with you guys next saturday for a long run.

From TylerS on Tue, Mar 31, 2009 at 09:57:15 from 66.29.160.130

Walter I am not running on Saturday. I am still sick and not feeling well at all. My legs are not sore at all! I could easily run on Saturday, but Kellie has a lot of spring cleaning ideas for Saturday. Let me know if you want to hook up on a Saturday. McKenzie and I will run you all over Spanish Fork and Salem and introduce you to "Harry's Hill" you will love it.

You know Walter, on a good day I could totally chick you! HA, HA! It actually felt so good to just run easy today. Oh, that and the fact that I really don't think my legs would've allowed me to run much faster. I feel decent now though so I hope this thing will work itself out!

Tyler, Yeah that sounds fun we should try planning on the 11th of April. That would be good. You talk to your people and Ill talk to my people and we can do it. Im sure Kelli and scott and a few others would be down for it!

Michelle, I dont doubt you! You scare me! lol That is hard to do a speed workout after a grueling half marathon. Good for you to tough it out like that. Dont hurt yourself and get taken care of. Look into this website its www.surefirehealth.com They have a product called PR 17 that helps your joints and muscles. Ive been taking them and they even help you recover from hard workouts. Thats my secret. Although its not doing much for my face. I keep getting uglier. Dang!

From Michelle N. on Tue, Mar 31, 2009 at 10:10:02 from 75.162.116.100

So that is why you keep gettting uglier, I was wondering...But your speed sure has improved:)

From RAD on Tue, Mar 31, 2009 at 14:24:32 from 67.166.99.8

Great run this morning! I think you only passed me twice...but I did get to pass you once :) only because you were on a recovery walk and I was sprinting -but I'll take it!!! I'm amazed at the way you can recover from week to week and still run like you do, you must still have a 17 yr old body (I'm resisting any commentary about the face!).

From walter on Tue, Mar 31, 2009 at 17:37:59 from 76.27.13.75

Michelle, I was looking for sympathy. That back fired on me! haha

Rachel, Thanks for holding back! See Michelle, was that so hard? geesh
